What are my possible shipping options?

When can I expect to receive an order?

Cunha-USA.com processes orders received before 2 PM EST the same business day. Orders received after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day and then shipped using your selected shipping method. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

To calculate estimated delivery time, please add together the Estimated Availability and Shipping Transit Time.

            Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

Estimated Availability can be found on any product page and Shipping Time varies upon selection.

What happens if I order items with different Availability dates?

Currently, all items of an order will be shipped once all items are in stock and ready to ship. Cunha-USA.com will soon provide the capability to do partial shipments.

Can I have a different billing and shipping addresses?

Yes, you may specify different billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process.

Can parts of my order be shipped to different addresses?

Unfortunately, all items of an order must be shipped to the same shipping address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.

To which areas does Cunha-USA.com ship?

We are currently only delivering to all the world, though our most commonly zone are Europe and North America.
